Commissioning Television Programming on Lendy

“Scousers” who lent money on the development via Lendy? Or ones who paid deposits to the developer that failed to build it as scheduled and budgeted? Are you clear about which party is truly to blame?

I think you're being a little harsh hazellend.  We do have our fair share of trolls on here but I wouldn't include nyquest among them.  Fair enough you may not agree with what they're proposing but calling them a troll is, well, troll-like

Quite poor that loftankerman. Liverpool and scousers, such as myself, have been portrayed negatively by the media for decades, let down in the worst way by institutions that are there to protect us and written off by government as not worth the effort. Unfortunately a large portion of the nation have absorbed this negative opinion fed by the daily rags. The reality is that Liverpool is one of the most historically and culturally rich parts of our country and it's people are extremely proud to call themselves scousers.

Referring to hazellend in this manner is neither constructive nor fair IMO.  Just because they've made a success of a platform that you've failed with doesn't warrant a jibe like this.

I am a 47 year old company director who has invested over £70k of personal money after earning and paying corp tax, generated VAT, paid NI & personal tax. I was attracted by Lendy's so called contingency fund, average ROI percentage & the "not one investor has lost money" claim amongst other things.

I live in the North West, 14 miles from Liverpool city centre, many of my friends are Scousers & I went to school with many of them. I am not confused as to who the livid ones are....they are both investors & buyers (who have nothing to do with the Lendy investment) won't stop an interview with them, they've already been interviewed by BBC's North West Tonight.

If you would like to apologise I'm all ears. This is not a wind up and I'm disappointed you think so. 
My view is the same as many on here, Lendy requires a shake, you don't want to rock the boat, I can see this. Are you invested in any of the 600 day plus overdue loans?Think thats a long time?

Actually, forget it, divide and conquer is just what Lendy want, if it comes to it in a legal sense we need to stick together as investors there are those who won't of course and breakaway.
