Dear All,
I've been dipping in and out of the forum regarding collateral and wonder what i may need to do to register my loan book with the recovery agency.
Is there a form i need to fill in or something i need to do? Or do they have all my details and i simply wait?

BDO have sent their initial proposals and you should have already received a pre-filled form via email showing the amount you had on the platform - make sure it matches with your records and if not you'd need to contact them. If it does match then there's no immediate action that you need to take. They are however also in the process of appointing a creditors committee so if you'd like to vote for that there is some action you need to take within the next week or so.
