With the end of Libor in 2021, what will Landbay base the tracker on? Sonia? Or something else?

Our loan contracts allow us to switch to an equivalent benchmark if/when LIBOR is abolished.

December 14th Libor rate is 0.90, my initial investments will be up to 3.4% minus repayments come 2019.

Libor has dropped again apparently. Think the tracker rate at landbay is now 3.18%.

Tracker rate now down to 3.09%. According to e-mail I received it is 3.19%. Not that it makes a lot of difference

According to e-mail I received it is 3.19%. Not that it makes a lot of difference The email says 3.19% but when you click on invest the tracker rate says 3.09%, at least it does on my account. As LIBOR has fallen I'm guessing its the latter.. Perhaps Landbay or landbayceo would like to confirm which it is. Looks like a typo in the email as the email says 2.30% over libor which is reset to 0.79% so 3.09%

Also worth noting that this time last year LIBOR was 0.01% higher than it is now, but Landbay's tracker rate was 3.30% as opposed to 3.09% now. Yeah that did for me, I haven't re-invest since. All my loans are still libor +2.5%, withdrawing as capital paid back.
