Any small investor in FS That has bought loan parts that met the criteria i mentioned ie.£25 in < 40 % LTV loans free to contact me by PM And I will endeavour to buy your parts offered at the discount to give you a 10% return. As I would probably be buying it later in the day anyway I AM PREPAIRED TO PUT MY MONEY WHERE MY. MOUTH IS Really a big mouth, promising impossible things.... I would happily accept your offer to buy my parts. But you need to be an FS insider to do that, as most of my loans are obviously 'unredeemed'. You know, I trusted FS to complete loans in time or take some action immediately afterwards, but that did not happen.... If you are an FS insider and can do the exchange, I am ready to renounce to any interest. Will happily give you everything just to get my capital back! Totally missing the point again this is for the small investor with £100-£500 in the portfolio I just checked currently there are no loan parts for sale that meet the criteria because I have probably already bought them. Jeremy Paxman here again give us your solution. If your brother to read what I said they would never hold Loans to the point it could not be sold

How do you check it without being an FS insider? From the non-priviledged view of any normal investor you cannot see the owner of the loan part and you cannot of course tell if they have 100 or 100k in their portfolios... The parts are only £25 I don’t care if you’ve got 100,000 and want to be an ass I’ll still buy your part offered under the terms that I said. Also Noobody has made an overall loss EVER With a balanced portfolio including you Where more than your portfolio is unbalanced Jeremy Paxman here again give us your solution and your evidence for overall loss. I guess as usual there will be no answer to these question just the usual We are all doomed Nobody needs to identify themselves just tell me which loans the Are offering the part for sale And I will buy them save me some of the time looking for them.

Perhaps you should learn how to negotiate the nuances of the FS platform and SM rather than expecting to do nothing. It takes a lot of effort And considerable manipulation of the data provided to extract the best investment parts.

Thanks for info I Stand corrected I have no problem listening to those in the know, there is still the trading tax to pay .At least you give a response. Trying to get a response from thegrumbler for weeks you provided pertinent answers. i looked at Freetrade when it launches it could be good. My point was that S&S have a greater chance of total loss unless you are well informed on what to buy you would be stuck with the 10% return.Asset secured P2P has very little chance of total loss. A small investor can make 9-12.7 minimum APR with no tax and no default risk. And can make 15-20% by putting a little effort in. thanks againAs it is not true you need to pay a lot for share trading (and also you don't need to pay any trading tax if you are organised...), it is also not true your sentence that a small investor will make a 9-12.7 minimum profit with no tax and no default risk. Besides the fact that a minimum is the lower in a series of numbers and not an interval, your promised returns simply represent a FALSE financial advertising. A financial advisor could go to jail for such blatantly FALSE statements. FS is a risky Platform and with its heavy 30%+ of NPL will NOT guarantee anything at all. Given this incredible bad borrowers and loans and the difficulty the FS eam has to deal with them, the most likely outcome for any investor is a loss. He actually said 'can' not 'will' so you are misrepresenting his position and the statement is therefore true. Can is not a promise or a guarentee but an indication of a possible outcome.
Godanubis SDLT is not payable on UK domiciled single listed stocks on AIM so zero fee trading is possible but currently limited.

I would actually quite like Funding Secure to engage with investors but I really can't blame them for not doing so with these two going back and forth across all posts. IT'S BORING. WE GET YOUR POINTS OF VIEW. A period of silence and something more constructive would be welcome.

Mod Hat On/
I am sure there is a valid discussion going on here over various aspects of FS and P2P in general. However, there are clearly very strongly held opposing views. Once it’s obvious these are not going to be shifted there is no constructive point in saying the same thing repetitively with ever increasing levels of rudeness, hostility and insults. We have had a number of posts reported, and other forum members have commented thus: <snip>
Can I also say I find it very distasteful to read the posts from those who think FS is the best thing since sliced bread and those who have a diametrically opposite view. Please be gentle with each other even though you may disagree. Jeremy Paxman here again tell us your magic solution my little snowflake. May I suggest sarcasm is not the best way to go about obtaining constructive input. These posts come from separate threads, but for the avoidance of doubt this applies across the FS Board. The main protagonists are sailing very close to the wind, I suggest you desist before moderator action needs to be taken. I am temporarily locking a number of threads so that this message sinks in. I will unlock them at 11:40 a.m. Thanks to everyone for their understanding and I hope co-operation.
In Edit: Threads now unlocked
