Only 5 hours to go and still not fully funded or underwritten. Not sure why, very low ltv at 39% and usual 10% interest rate. Seem an ok loan or am I missing something ? Maybe with over 500k underwritten, easier to pick up on the AM once drawn down.

The £3.4m underwriting on the wind turbine portfolio just behind it can't be helping. Guessing the underwriters must have been given better terms for that one. It would seem a shame to lose the deal for the sake of only £190K underwriting.

This loan currently carries the strap line 'manual investment disabled'. Why is that? Am I missing something, as usual?

This loan currently carries the strap line 'manual investment disabled'. Why is that? Am I missing something, as usual? a couple of us reported this on another thread to Colin p2pindependentforum.com/post/28434/thread but other people's seemed to be ok.
You can enable it again by clicking on the enable/disable button next to My Target investment on the right hand side of the loan screen.
