Bid limits removed nearly 3 hours ago and 22% is still up for grabs. I can think of another platform that would be delighted to be in that position with a loan just a bit smaller. I know Ablrate has added a lot of new investors lately, not sure many of them are investing large amounts as standard. Add in all the other factors currently separating many of us from funds, the fact that this one is not really tempting enough to part with any good loans for and I think it is about where I anticipated at this stage. Little doubt it will fill, on a personal level I am more than happy for it to take another month but fancy I will be disappointed.

I didn't think this one will be popular when it was announced. Probably not a good time for property loans of this size. 111 seems to be stuck at 78%. It will likely to fill, but may take some time. 17 is to mature in 4 days - that might help. I suspect that the majority of new investors are not BH, but rather opposite. I've committed a modest amount at 2pm yesterday and added all returns and sales that came in the evening. I'will keep adding returns for as long as bidding is available.

I made a token contribution in this one, I like the loan type but not on this scale I seem to lack the bottomless pockets of some.

ablrate 28/2/20 there was talk of early settlement - is there any update? Nothing concrete as of yet, CV-19 interrupted many of the discussions. However, as people get into a routine we suspect we will be able to move those talks foward.

Has anyone else had a problem with interest and capital repayment with this loan being added to your funds available /total funds in account?

Think it's fixed now. Basically the funds weren't in 'Total funds in this account' but was showing as having been paid etc.
