The sum I have invested in this loan, only£175, does not appear to have been included in my Proof of Debt Form total so I am wondering if my own records are incorrect. Does anyone know whether the loan was repaid and when? I would have withdrawn the repayment had it been made but I can't check my bank statement because I switched my bank and no longer have access to my previous bank statements.

The links to the full loan books as at 25th February 2018 provided by dan1 are both in this post - p2pindependentforum.com/post/250276/thread. According to that information this particular tranche (of a larger loan) had drawndown and was active. To my knowledge none of it was repaid. Assuming we're talking about the same thing .

That excuse won't do you much good when HMRC send the heavy gang round to find out how much you made by investing in Collateral.
DL00024/21 was a drawn down 15% loan for the student flats - fairly certain of that - it was I recall only the last few tranches (maybe DL00034 onwards) that might not have drawn down but with the passage of time I can't be sure.
If you think there is an error - inform BDO. There were some other small errors noticed at the time BDO were sending out these POD forms and the more errors are reported the closer we might get to the truth (eventually.....).
That excuse won't do you much good when HMRC send the heavy gang round to find out how much you made by investing in Collateral. Is this a joke?

HMRC who are they? If COL can’t tell you what you had they can’t tell HMRC. It is entirely up to you to tell them unless you had an ISA HMRC can’t get any data without a specific request and be able to identify you unequivocally. I think for the small amounts involved it is not worth their time. You don’t have any liability until you get your final profit/loss figures Once things get sorted you can do what ever is appropriate for your circumstances
