I have approx 6k euros in Mintos and the dashboard tells me I am getting over 10% however my interest trickles in repeatedly at approx 1 Euro per day. Isn’t this nearer 6%?! Thanks

Is it heavily influenced by previous cashback deals? I've always assumed that mine is.

I believe the dashboard rate reflects past operations. So you had 10% till now, but it's only 6% at present.
I prefer to trust my own calculations. It's very easy to calculate the rate of return with Google sheets formula XTIR.

You're right Paul. I should written XIRR. (Portuguese here :-)
I put all my deposits and withdrawals. If I include the bonus as if they're deposits, I get a rate closer to the dashboard (a bit higher). But I usually don't include the bonus.

Thanks Did you also consider "interest income on rebuy"? You need to add this to "interest received". If both together average at 1.66 EUR/day, then you're at 10%/a for a 6 kEUR portfolio.

Hi, I've just started 'testing' with 1% p2p in Mintos. I tried to contact Mintos UK but no answered, out of office hours on 21.12.2018 I look into Finished Investments, one of my 20 EUR investment only receives 10.13 EUR payment, current status - "finished prematurely". This loan has buyback from Mogo, does it mean I lose 9.87 eur for borrower finished the loan early , but the account balance is showing the correct balance without any losses. Checking my account statement, I can't find the 9.87EUR else where. Has anyone experienced this before? UPDATE 21.12.2018 10:54I've just realised I have more than 300 transactions, I found the difference in the next page in account statement.

0risk you are right, I have pretty much daily principal rebuys where as I understand I don't earn anything, new investments and then some balance which is not capitalized. But I will be more satisfied that dashboard shows true rate of return, this is kind of a false reporting and false advertising.

Weighted average interest rate is 11.20% EDIT: I increased my holding by 67% on 18th Jan, so I am awaiting repayment from my new loans.

Don't forget that income is lumpy i.e. you might trickle €1/day for a while and then get €10. Further, delayed payments loans (if they're buyback) will I think show up as income but drag out a bit. There's also cash drag to consider - Mintos obviously won't count it as it would show your actual returns - so it's really XIRR (OIC) not on all capital.
