Renewal of (1263893963) with 1399966189
Not in the original but see there's a problem with access which has delayed a PP being submitted. Was this land owned/sold by BCC at auction and if so why was it 'understood there was a right of way access to the land via M***** Grove ' as per the auction details ?

Planning permission was finally submitted late last year, and was registered earlier this month. Link on DDC Central for those with access, otherwise search the Birmingham Planning Portal with the postcode from the auction details attached to the loan listing but with the final character thereof G replaced by a H)
(This is a triangular plot of land in the middle of a housing estate if that helps jog memories as to which loan this is)

The planning application I referred to in my previous post was withdrawn in March, but contained this proposed site layout for the construction of 2 houses:
Photos taken yesterday (30th Aug) 11 am showing the access point at the side of No. 22 M****** G****
What should be immediately obvious is there isn't a lot of land available for staging of materials, parking of construction staff vans etc etc (although parking on side road the other side of the main road is possible).

Redeemed today:
Not much to note on this one except that:
1) FS' 5% has been deducted from the 'Total Received' figure, whilst CG's fee has come from 'Net Receipts'. 2) Receivers costs at £6k represent 11% of the security value. CF/FS' combined fees at £4k represent a further 7%. Lenders may feel like they are paying twice - or even three times - for the same 'service'.

so there has been a contribution to legal costs and FS even get 5% of that - well that must have been a lot of work!
OK it is only £13.50 but it's the principle of we lose and they win.
Nice work if you can get it unless of course you have a conscience about ripping off your investors after screwing up yet another development loan.
