Wow. Thanks yet again. Thats intersting reading. Especially the suspended loans which almost 13% of the total loan book. It also puts into perspective the discounted loans which now seem very small as a proporttion.

Regarding suspended loans you have to remember that they can be suspended for a variety of reasons such as a vote being in progress and funds received to repay and awaiting distribution.

Also, of the £49m of suspended loans is actually the original loan sizes. Many of the loans had repaid part of the capital so the total suspended capital is £41.3m

Great and useful work. Thank you.
As an aside is there a way of knowing the total availability? Could this be added at the bottom of the chart? This from a computer illiterate pensioner.
You mean total amount of loans for sale at a discount? Live loans £394m Suspended £49.7m For Sale £49.9m of which, Discounted £1.89m Querying the database I have £39.2m suspended, with a further £2m with temporary suspensions (for whatever reason). I think you've reported the total amount advanced on those loans which excludes capital repayments. Edit: Just saw your latest post

Edit: Just saw your latest post Yes it's annoying as my database includes snaps of total advanced every night. I will change it going forwards but it means all my historic data is out which is a shame (not that it's really important).

Looks to me like AC may be starting to respond to the market pressure...
I didn't keep sufficiently detailed notes to know exactly what changed and when (and AC didn't appear to mention it either), but the buying instruction I have for the newly-launched #950 is one I'd normally have used for a pipeline loan whose rate is 7% or 7.5%, but the rate of the loan when launched was 8%.
I've been caught by AC changing rates between pipeline and launch in the opposite direction before (buying more than I'd want of a loan that launches at a lower rate where I only want a token holding, because it showed a higher rate when in the pipeline, or finding that loans that have been in the pipeline for a while have "the wrong instruction" presumably due to the rate having changed), but definitely interesting to see that they do appear to be responding to the market now.
Edit: regarding mrclondon's comment about refinance of #816 earlier in this thread, it's possible that even this represents a response to the market, as it's possible that when they started the refinance process they were intending to launch it with a rate of 8.0% or even lower.

If you look at the change (including discount) between the 1st set and second set of figures you see 23,885 taken from the discount total. Then look at the change in 0% discount between the 2nd figure and the 3rd figure and this has increased by ... 22,209 !!! (there are hardly any changes between the 2nd and 3rd discount totals either!)
[10/3/19 17:00]
£19,505.69 -2.0% discount £14,016.63 -1.0% discount

That additional discount total appears to have been added by underwriters [?]

£584,470.98 0.0% discount (last orders ) I wonder if Underwriters can have more than one discount and the above is all the same person? (apart from the £584,470.98...)
