Loans available at a discount (AC)

Last repayment put the LTV just below 65%, which seems to have triggered some automated purchases...

Publicly stated information about GBBA2 is that "The maximum loan-to-value ratio for individual loans included in the GBBA is three-quarters (75%) of each loan’s property value", so perhaps that's out of date and they've actually changed it to 65%? ...or perhaps there are more complex (but not published) rules depending on the loan type and security type?

Anyway, it seemed quite impressive for it to go from "only a handful want this even at 1.5% discount" to "everyone wants this at par" overnight - there were so many buyers that each individual sale was capped at 28.57788999, implying several thousand individual purchasers, many of whom will be buying a tiny chunk again the next time this loan is processed (the remaining £317 being left over due to bugs in AC's matching algorithms). It shows the power that AC wield with even quite subtle changes to the investment rules of the various accounts.

Edit: following the closure of the GBBA2/PSA, it does NOT appear to have bought up tiny chunks of the remaining £317. I'd put in a buy instruction in order to try and hoover up part of the remaining discounted availability, and was allocated £35.73, rather more than 10% of the availability that had been showing at that time and a lot more than I had been realistically expecting, suggesting I was in competition only with a few other manual buyers taking the same opportunity, rather than thousands of automated buyers. £0.17 remains available at a discount due to the bugs in the matching algorithm...
