i think there was the opportunity to express interest in buying more shares at the 30-day exit value that was being given to exiting investors. Yes, the email on 6/12/18 offered the opportunity to "stay updated on buying more shares at the 4-week valuation". I clicked through to do so, but haven't heard anything further yet. I'm at least interested enough to consider it, but obviously would depend on what the actual valuations given end up being. I think they will be at rock bottom bargain rates to anyone with confidence in the platform because there are some who want out at almost any cost who don´t have that confidence.

Email has now come round with the opportunity to purchase extra shares. Tho according to the letter it's only currently been sent to those that previously expressed interest (before people start wondering why they haven't received it)

Hi guys. Fellow investor here. Starting to get seriously worried. Not receiving emails properly from the company, not getting any straight answers. Being begged to stay invested.
Does anyone know with any clarity when those of us who opted to sell up and cash in are likely to see any of our money back?

Does anyone know with any clarity when those of us who opted to sell up and cash in are likely to see any of our money back? Which emails have you not received? The recent reinvestment email was only sent to people who had opted in to being emailed about the opportunity. Fwiw I've had fairly quick (1-2 day) responses from UKDP each time I've emailed them.

I never received ANY of the original emails about the change from PM to UKDP. I spent days trying to get through on the phone and eventually they said it was because I had opted out of marketing...
I can't understand this because communication as important as this should surely still come through, or even by post, to ensure all investors are informed. Then there were loads of difficulties getting opted back in.
Anyway, apparently now they have logged my option to sell up ASAP and get back whatever I can. I'm pretty upset and concerned by the whole thing. I thought I had understood the platform and convinced myself that, yes, there might be fluctuations in housing prices but whatever happens at least my investment was backed by bricks and mortar. Never did I consider that they had the right to simply cancel the entire platform and move us to a dubious shareholding in a PLC.

Its a fairly straightforward REIT isn't it. As I read it they have taken in the properties from PM and had them valued. They have offered PM investors the opportunity to sell out (albeit at a fairly substantial loss) or to switch to holding shares in the REIT. They are now offering those who wish to stay to buy more shares to fund those who want out. Their strategy is to add to their portfolio and build a well performing fund. If I have understood it correctly then it is some was from being dubious. I think it was the strong decisive move that the failing PM needed.

Property moose have always been pretty swift in responding when iv contacted them regarding the transfer. People who are frustrated or not convinced by the projections are entitled to their view. I just want my money out because of my personal circumstances, but there is potentially money to be made from the new fund. Do your own research, take your own chances!

Latest update now on UKDP site. First property exits due next week for exiting investors, early SPV first.
Positive updates on rentals etc, next tranche of valuations also received, so emails to follow once signed off

I wonder how long it will take to fund the repayment of the investors exiting the remaining SPV's?

I wonder how long it will take to fund the repayment of the investors exiting the remaining SPV's? Have they repaid any yet? I haven't got anything. I'm jealous if you have! My guess would be "not soon" at this point.
