Three days ago I received an email from PM relating to a complaint I made to them about a vote on an SPV. It was very detailed about how they knew I had read all the emails sent and knew I'd opened the vote, but chosen not to vote, and then that I'd reviewed the result. They offered to discuss any aspect with me.
Today I received an unsolicited letter from Resolution Compliance Limited saying they were dealing with the investigation and resolution of my complaint. Curious...

"Property Moose is a trading name of DFI Financial Services Ltd which is an Appointed Representative of Resolution Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (no. 574048)." Confirmed (I hear the chortles at the back from Collateral investors) by the FCA Register.... register.fca.org.uk/ShPo_FirmDetailsPage?id=001b000000NMecyAAD
