That is for the Santander bank, COL were using NatWest before that. I deleted the NatWest details so that I don't send to the old bank

But don't write the reason why we need the old bank details, the mods will quarantine the thread.

Don't think I'll be sending my form back.
The motive behind Q13 & 14 look very suspicious.

I think I understand your meaning, and it wasn't something I'd considered. While going down that route wouldn't be good for us, I don't think it would serve them well either, unless they believed it would afford a better outcome for us than leaving things be. Or perhaps I'm just being naive.

It's not compulsory to answer all the questions, just reply to the ones you are hppy with.

I appreciate that we aren't discussing any particular questionnaire on this forum because it's confidential. However hypothetically speaking, if the accompanying letter told me to return the completed questionaire to the email address provided but didn't actually provide an address, a person could become very confused. Given that the sender adddress of the document bore no obvious connection to CUK, I'm reluctant to send confidential information back to it without reassurance that I should. Did I miss a more appropriate address to send it back to and if so, please could someone PM it to me?
