Today's Update "The £4m refinance proceeds have been received, the assignment taken and the security released. These proceeds will be distributed to Lenders shortly." I thought your post was a 'wind up' until I checked. However, beware, AC might have been hacked as a Halloween joke.

Where's that flying pig
I'm in this from MLIA and look forward to getting something back very soon, but as a holder of the wind loans (I**) via the auto account GEIA, will be very interested in any PF payments to the auto accounts AC make on this loan.

Just make sure you have repayment withdrawal set to Cash and not one of the Access Accounts!

If I open a book with odds for the Laird parting with any of our money back to us during Nov/Dec. What odds would I have to offer to get a £10.00p bet? I'd take it at evens. That's £10 you owe me

Does the Provision Fund pay out before the 'deferred payment from an assignment of an overage profit share agreement which is estimated to pay out between £0.1m to £1m in 12 to 24 months' time?

Provision fund payments are to be made following distribution of the £4m. PSA and AA accounts will have capital fully paid, but there is expected to be a capital shortfall for GBBA holders. MLIA holders will not get provision fund payments.

So good that for a moment I was disappointed that I held none to repay.

Well I'll be damned. What is the approx % shortfall for Gbba accounts? Looks like 2/3 (66%) of capital paid so let's see what comes from the provision fund to make up the rest

Looks like 2/3 (66%) of capital paid so let's see what comes from the provision fund to make up the rest I can't recall now, but was there an indication, in the previous flurry of paperwork, of the likely % shortfall after the provision fund paid out?
