perhaps the delay in selling London-based security properties will turn out to have worked quite well - if the reports are correct, it would seem that we may now be entering a more bouyant phase in the "expensive London properties" market sector, possibly improving the value of development sites that have the potential to turn into expensive London properties too.
Possible of course that news outlets with a particular agenda have cherry-picked certain stories to run...

I'm guessing that 'mystery super-rich family' will be another Russian oligarch laundering his money (all through a Cayman-island company, natch).

I walked along HR this morning, noticed doors and ground floor windows sealed with metal plates. A chap, looking like security guard was letting himself in with keys but I had no opportunity to speak to him. On the doors was a Notice dated 13 December headed 14 Day Torts Notice to 'any persons formerly residing or having left goods at the property'. Instructing A*ls*p giving notice of its intention to remove, sell or dispose of the goods on or after the 29 December. A sign of movement...

Look up http://www.zoopla.co.uk.
This 2 bed leasehold flat is located at <address redacted by moderator> has an estimated current value of £1,841,000.
Nov 2013 Sold £5,256,000. Current valuation £3,415,000 (Price decrease -65.0%).
However, given there are SIX flats at the property, the total valuation must be substantially more than £7,452,896 loan? At least £10,000,000,
Who`s putting the property on the market and who will receive the funds though?

Still can't find it on allsops general site, but I note their dedicate site for the listing from 2016 has been resurrected (but not updated - still has 2016 in the footer): 17h****r**.com - even remembered my email address from last time around.

What was M**** R** sold for and do we expect a better return on this one? This is the one I have 9K in compared with only a couple of hundred in all my other loans, got caught with this one big time.

Reported in the loan's thread back in Sept by Mucho P2P and others: £380k (48% loss wrt sale price v loan amount) Probably worth noting this is pre-waterfall 'costs and fees' have been deducted.
