Agreed. It's a grim, narrow one-way street, a rat-run for taxis and delivery vans. The view from any flats (if ever built) will be a bare brick wall opposite.

Not sure what happened there L@@@@ Mousey . You used an @ symbol rather than an asterisk as a character mask, that opens up the potential to tag people if you manage to accidentally use their username after an @ symbol. In this case mousey's user name is "d" so @"d" tags him inadvertently. Fluke of circumstance.

Please can someone put the sale details on DD Central for us to see.
I think some of us should examine this trasaction in a bit more detail. There is a distinct smell of a very decomposed rat in this case.

Sold for £4.25 on a £7.4M loan and a GDV of £20.4M..
Assuming a large legal, administrative and lendy fee, probably £2M+ would be deducted...
So let say we get back around £2M, that around be around 25-30% recovered after 3 years of legal battle and torturous wait...
What a S.. show for a safe london property. Never I could have imagined lending in london property would lead to such massive losses

Never I could have imagined lending in london property would lead to such massive losses Lets hope that the LAG can claw some money back in the courts for us all - Changing the t’s & c’s whilst we were locked in to unsellable loans and then going in to admin, sound mighty fishy to me. Not sure how the Administrators will look upon the court action costs in this as it was directed at Lendy and not us. The money might come out of a communal pot? We were lucky because the borrower could have gone for us individually - she did threaten it (I remember it well).... And you can bet your bottom dollar that this money would not have been reclaimable from Lendy! LAG estimate that we will get around 50% of the sale value minus auction costs. This would already only give us (4.25/7.45) * .50 = 29% return. This is assuming, of course, no additional legal costs.
