At long last! I haven’t withdrawn money for so long I’ve forgotten where the withdraw funds function is, can’t seem to find it at all! Can someone please give directions! Thanks. Ooops, found it, hiding behind the deposit option!! Did your withdrawal go through? I withdrew my pittance on 26/5/21 and Lendy shows it has disappeared but my bank account has still not received the money. Any one else experiencing this?

Withdrawn as soon as received the e-mail, nothing arrived to my bank account yet.

Same here - withdrew immediately , but nothing received as yet. Even a BACS payment would clear in 3/4 days so obviously they haven't processed it as yet. Maybe the administrators aren't taking enough fees to process withdrawals quickly and they should get more

Still waiting for mine, no doubt they are just processing a certain amount of withdrawals a day, and that was a large theft loan.

Since my earlier posting still nothing in my bank account either. I also sent the Administrators an e-mail querying what was happening. I have not had the courtesy of a reply.

Same here, no pittance payment! I emailed them using the support@lendy.co.uk address they helpfully put in the withdrawal confirmation email but, unhelpfully, that's not the address you should use as that's for... “KYC/AML or deceased investor enquiries & will not be replied to or forwarded” You couldn't make it up! The actual address you should contact them on is lendy.restructuring@rsmuk.com Good luck

As soon as I discovered a payment had been made I immediately logged in and requested the withdrawal. The payment was received a couple of days later, quicker than usual actually. It must be really frustrating for those who are still waiting (even though its only a fraction of what we're owed), rubbing even more salt into the wound.I would be absolutely fuming to say the least!

Just received this s##tty email
Lendy Ltd (“Lendy”) and Saving Stream Security Holding Limited – both in Administration (together “the Companies”)
I write further to previous communications in respect of the Administrations of the Companies and the interim distributions processed on D***** and D*****.
Following the interim distributions, the team have received a considerable number of withdrawal requests. As previously noted, the remaining team consists of a small skeleton staff and therefore investors should expect an extended lead time for withdrawal requests to be processed and payments made.
The outstanding withdrawals will be processed over the course of the next few weeks and the Lendy support team will contact investors for any outstanding Know Your Customer/ Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Waited over 3 years to get pittance back from this crooked loan and now have to wait at least 2 weeks to withdraw my money. 2 WEEKS. Seriously. They laughing their b###ocks off at us.

When i try to make a withdrawal I get "You have no bank account to withdraw to." I guess that's because I haven't gone through the kyc/aml process yet because I've not had anything to withdraw until now.
I also guess that the "... and the Lendy support team will contact investors for any outstanding Know Your Customer/ Anti-Money Laundering requirements." part of the email applies to me and that I should wait to be contacted.
