I believe that only those lenders who'd already contacted the solicitors, HCR, and given them their email address were sent the email. Perhaps they are limited by GDPR, I know not, but I guess anyone wanting to see a copy should contact them (I have not done so).
The relevant HCR email address is given in point 3 of the "Legal Action" section of the lenders-only webpage that Lendy used for the vote.

It's poss not helpful to call Ly names at the moment in the context of a legal situation where someone may use the public opinion about them, against them. Maybe this explains the energy around tp reviews.
One can contact Ly for details.

That is correct.
It's striking that we get this friendly 'we are in it together' tone with this loan, for the other defaulted loans there is radio silence or 'you will get the information when we are ready.
Is anyone going it alone and what are the indicative costs, would it not be fairly messy if we have two sets of lawyers each representing a few hundred clients.

Oddly, I read it more along the lines of 'what do you mean 'we' Kee-moh sah-bee?'.

I received the email from the solicitors, but it does not confirm what if any costs will be covered by Lendy. I have asked the question of Support.
In the meantime if a claim is issued by email and received, I gather we have 14 days to acknowledge it otherwise a default judgement can be entered.
I do not believe that the claimant has a hope in hell on this one, but it remains important to use correct procedure.
Lendy should be covering the cost of the solicitors in my view and I have asked what insurances they may have in place which could become effective.
All a pain in the arse but we will get there in the end.
