It appears that FS have just added a risk warning to the footer of each page just below the company number, it reads:

I do have concern about the interim development uplift values though.

I value the amateur valuation from people here rather than the professionally valued report.

Something that just came to mind - unrelated or related depending on your view of FS - still yet to have stats for last month published. But have been getting risk warnings updated on the website instead.
