How do you get a text when there is a non-payment? I haven't seen that feature. Within settings there is the option to pick notifications and method i.e SMS (the last one i got was a default ) Thanks - I have this but only get notifications for repayments and administrations/defaults - not missed payments.

Not sure how they phrase repayments i.e late etc - so maybe we both missed that loan!

I'm more concerned about the exchange being useable as a buyer.

I'm more concerned about the exchange being useable as a buyer. think the flipping of loans at 6% is a pain for new lenders trying to build up an account (i moaned about 18 months back) but its up people not to buy,but i did find the old system on the SM easier to use.But i worry more about the new loans have found many over the last 6 months not that interesting (have done about 3 or 4) and the speed they fill would suggest others agree.i have found my account over the last couple of years has performed pretty well but is running down due to lack of reinvestment choices There was a piece today on the p2pfinancenews site with the director about their latest fund raise and how they will go from £25m to something like £1bn by 2022 based on what FC have done in business(hard to believe) and how the directors want to launch another platform etc

It's not a good sign for a platform to announce improvements that appear hard to believe, it tends not to end well. FC aren't self select now. I've not liked more recent loans either...I wondered whether my not investing was my changed attitude to risk (eg encountering defaults in my choices) but on the whole I've found the offer uninteresting, or I'm baffled as to how a venture will survive). I agree, exchange easier to use previously. Although on new one, you can filter by % offered and look for green or black in the first few pages (not a frequent occurrence). I think if new investors buy at 6% it won't help the platform reputation at all, as roughly the same percentage of those at 6% will default. People are already flipping the hotel at 12% and not 15%. I think there's some psychology in this....if someone flips it at such a premium, it implies that the flipper thinks it's a really good bet. This can influence buyers.

Prob not - that wouldn't work, those who'd taken lower risk % get to vote? I thought they were reasonably sharp on following recovery processes.

C2F have been incorrectly selling Venture Debt via their Auto Reinvest system. They admit that this should not have happened and have purchased the ones in my portfolio back off me. I assume they will contact all investers this has happened to and offer to buy them all back. Alternatively you could consider them risk free i suppose and just claim your money back if the debts go bad.

Things have gone quiet. Raises questions. Presume they'll sort something out.

I put 5 thousand in that equity fund because it said you could get 24 times what's you put in.I got a letter at xmass saying this time next year it would be worth near 10 thousand. Then it said if I keep investing to avoid dilution it would be worth about 140 thousand when they float the business. I never put any money in this round and I see a lot of other people stayed out
