I've had my toe dipped in the platform for 6-9 months now and trying to decide whether to ramp up. I wonder if someone would be kind enough to answer two (probably newbie) questions:
1/ From all the figures in the Summary how do I calculate what is the total value of money I have in the platform? Is it "Investment Balance" plus "Additional Earnings"? Or do I add "Total earned" so the figure?
2/ I get quite a few emails which imply the provision fund is paying interest as well as capital for loans gone bad. How long is that likely to last?

How long is that likely to last? 1) Just balance (if you have unassigned funds they might not be included) Somewhere there is accrued but unpaid interest in the figures but for me balance includes everything I can actually lend or withdraw. 2) It was for beta testers initially but it has been indicated by nsiam somewhere on here that it may well continue once the platform is fully launched

Regarding number 1, by balance do you mean "Investment Balance" ? Does that include "Additional Earnings" ? Surely there must be a single number somewhere (or failing that, a way to calculate) exactly how much is currently with the platform? I must admit I struggled with this even with MT (where from memory you need to add three numbers) but this seems even harder to figure out.

I don't know but I think it includes additional earnings as I have assigned all mine to loans so the total I could withdraw is the same as the balance. I agree it is not totally clear and one of my biggest issues is the lack of clear statements. Try tracking loans with multiple offers - nightmare if you pick the wrong identifier from the 3 options. MT is easy, invested plus uninvested cash)

Hi michaelc and ilmoro, 1) The total is Investment Balance if all funds are assigned. If you have unassigned funds (which may be bonus), then you need to add the "Investment Balance" to the "Unassigned Balance". We will look into adding further clarification here. 2) With regards to the PF Bonus, we will be extending the bonus system beyond the Full Launch. Best, Nadeem
