Well at least we know this borrower has 3 existing loans and if my maths is correct this will total c £867.5K..I just hope someone is keeping an inventory of each loan..so many similar items

At least this forum is a great help for that.

We have had FS valuations and comments - we have had valuations and comments from people who know this business (thanks!). I won't be touching this one with a bargepole and looking at the incredibly slow update neither will a lot of us. Why would anybody buy the current offering when other related loans are on the SM at a discounted rate with a much lower LTV ?
I have this one flagged to go into my FA league table of predicted disasters...

I think this one has been on the market a long time and is only 48% filled more than 2 months later?
I think this is mainly due to an expert in this field posting what they are really worth and I am glad he did!
As a matter of interest can somebody tell me what happens if this loan does not fill.
