We are waiting for the 26th October update promised in the Q&A I notice that AC have now amended all Q&A promised updates/answers from 26th October to 7th November. The Q&A is a historical record of activity and it is out of order for AC to retrospectively amend it's content. AC DEMONSTRATE TIME AND TIME AGAIN THAT THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

I have been in touch with the chat line who said the update is not due until the 23rd november .When i said on the Q@A it says the 7th they said i would get a email update at close of play today.Hold your breath.

Well its the end of the working day and no reply from A/C. Thats nice of them are they hiding something. Or trying to pull the wool over our eyes very nice of them. They are playing games with us.

Update due today; more can kicking to be expected? Whenever the updates come, we can't expect any repayments in near future and it doesn't look like AC is able to speed up this process. I think the expectations of return should be very modest. If I had any of this in my MLA (which is well diversified) I'd have had written it off as a small loss. Unfortunately I have it in Green. To be fair each of these four never went above promised 20% exposure, but collectively they always amounted to around 45% of my Green account. It is clear that I** won't become a crystallised loss for long time, so the real test for PF is going to take forever.

It seems to me that there has been skullduggery and under those circs it's probably best for them to bite their tongues and try to lawyer our money back as best they can (in the absence of employing Dinsdale and the boys *)

I smell a rat. They should not of done what they did.But why does it always take so long to give a answer. Meanwhile our cash is tied up earning nothing.

Personally I have totally written this loan off - although I do want to know what the story is behind this in detail at some point.

Well yes i have to but you can always look on the bright side. At least i didnt invest to much in these loans and we may get something back which would be a bonus. And if maybe A/Cdid misuse our investment who Knows just saying.

Email received stating that their response may take a further 4 weeks and possibly longer as "there is still further data needed from some of the key staff within various sections of our business who need to provide feedback." Latest from AC "Although all the data needed for consideration has now been collated it is still in the process of being reviewed by the key staff within the relevant sections of our business." Target response time is now 8 weeks.

I wouldn't be writing anything off here, mentally or whatever. These loans were supposed to be done by tranche drawdowns. As stated in the loan information which forms part of the contract with the lenders. So the money will need to be refunded and Az will have to pursue the lost funds themselves.
