I'm not exuberant, I'm really irate! Yes sorry, wrong word. It was more 'enthusiasm' for the fight rather than exuberance that I was observing. Sadly my opinion over the results of AC's deliberations hasn't changed.

The person behind this disaster, P****** ****** ****N, director of G** Ltd and all the I** SPVs sure knew how to part a fool from their money. G** Ltd also managed to get a loan from Funding Circle in July 2018, 50830 - £265k . That's a calendar year after ransacking the SPV s. "We require funding to fulfill new contracts we have won. Our business continues to grow and be profitable". I'll bet it was profitable, after pocketing the millions for doing nothing in the Assetz debacle.
How many payments did they make before defaulting this time? Go on, have a guess! It was ..... 3 out of the 60 months.

Are you going to report this to the Fraud Office as suspicious of fraudulent practice?

To be balanced in this AC does appear to be making a real effort to maximise the recovery on these loans. In my opinion the lesson to be learnt from this incident is the need for security to be in place and for the size of the loans to be limited in size.

Do you really think we will get any money back on these loans.

I think we will get all the money back from Assetz. Simply because they did not follow the terms of the contract.

Do you really think we will get any money back on these loans. That is a difficult question to answer. If you came to me right now and offered me 25% of the face value of the loan I would accept it, less than that and I would probably hold and wait and see

If all this loan was paid out to I** in one go then where has it gone. Or is someone having a nice extended holiday with it.

So if A/C have paid out all the investors money in one go rather than in stages. And then the I** loan goes into default have they not broken the contract . Therefore they are negligent and should return the money to the investors. Indeed. And in a few days time AC's 8 week 'investigation' into my complaint will be up and I will refer their incompetence to the FCA.

We have heard nothing more about your complaint you must be in trouble with these loans. Yes we have. I think all the official complainers have decided to be discrete about it, but I can tell you that from our point of view, the outcome is positive and Stuart has indicated that the eventual settlement will be offered to everyone involved in these loans. That's all I'm going to say until having seen the final reconciliation offered. EDIT I should make clear that this is not an offer of a full refund, so don't get excited. Simply that disbursements in some cases were to an extent inappropriate, and an adjustment to some extent will be offered.

It would be nice if A/C could let us know what is going on.
