I have some advice for Lendy " GIVE US OUR MONEY"!!!! Pretty sure Lendy doesn't have our money and that's part of the problem. Just looked for 110K invested interest this month to be paid £111 ie. 10% of what it should be for a month.
Heaven help the poor souls that need the interest (or Capital as you can't sell) to survive.

If we want to sink Lendy, wait months while an Administrator is appointed, then pay their exorbitant fees from our own funds, then a Lendy Victims' Action Group is the perfect solution.

I also mentioned I count all investments as 2 year investment and no more than a small proportion in any loan. Very few go beyond this on any platform except Lendy who never seem to want to default anything. Thanks for reading my posts My investments in stock markets are about break even after last few months realignment. They are more of a 5 year investment Main goal is not to loose money If that is achieved I should not be too concerned.

I don't like the word "Victim" in the title of this thread. It implies that there is some kind of crime happening - which is a bit ridiculous.

I'm not keen on the word 'victim' either, I can't really see how anyone who is a member here is surprised how things have gone with Lendy, I think warning signs have been posted in numerous threads for the last 2 years, so its hard to play the 'victim' card when many of you 'victims' will have read the excellent DD but ignored it and invested anyway!
It's rather like going outside in the rain without an umbrella and wondering why you got wet!

In all fairness, I do believe that many of those who feel they have some grievance toward Lendy are those that have non performing loans that have existed since before and around the same time period that you quote above.

AIUI the excellent DD referred to by puddleduck is the DD that was posted on this forum by forum members, NOT the information provided by Lendy and their valuers.
