AFAICS it started late Nov/ early Dec 2012..on a 60month ticket so surprisingly just over 15 months behind with (allegedly) one payment left. Apart from c150 loans that are RIP as well as 1812 that is clearly going to complete, I still have imminent hopes of a return from a certain Liverpool hotel that has been running since c May 2016 (on a 12month ticket ! ) and of course the London (s) Eastbourne Hotel fiasco but realistically, receivers are the only ones going to make anything on that. Good grief, where have the last 7 years gone !
Edit..with regard to the Liverpool hotel the notes remind me that the Interest rate was increased from 10% to 12% in May 2017..lets hope it pays up !

Loan comment for loan ID 1812 indicates FC have received the final repayment so I think the loan will disappear from lenders' accounts tomorow when the payment is applied. The last payment was due Dec 2017 so just a little overdue.  |

The last payment was due Dec 2017 so just a little overdue. Hopefully im not raining on your parade but I think the payment referred to is one that was received on the 29/03 but not for the first time, no comment was provided for investors or anything notified on the Repayment Tab..I had a response today from FC replying to an mail I sent on 08/04 so its very likely the comment you've noted relates to that..naturally, no mention on the entry today mentions when it was actually received but I believe it was 29/03 which if true still leaves one payment left. Ive just noticed that the last outstanding payment/s regarding Loan 1812..Profits You Can Bank On have been received today (11/06/19) looking at my transaction statements. However there has been no comment on the repayment tab (again) which is not surprising in this particular instance as all reference to the loan on the platform has disappeared. Fortunately I had a printout sent to me for one loan part (of 30 equal loan amounts) on the penultimate payment, so it should be possible to total up the repayments and interest for the loans duration.

As I made so much fuss regarding this loan over it's extended repayment term, I suppose its only fair to FC to say my figures confirm a full payback on this loan. Im a few pennies adrift as well as in front probably due to a quirk in how it was presented but for one loan part (925550 ) over the complete duration I calculate:-
Fees £ 2. 76
Capital returned £100.02
Interest £ 28.66
As I had (30 x £100) £3000.00 a simple x's gives:-
Fees £ 82.80
Cap returned £3000.60
Interest (b4 tax) £ 859.80
R.I.P Loan 1812
