Hi
Paperwork done, just doing the final tests on the instant returns facility, and we have one thing to implement on the system. We are on with developers at the moment so hopefully it will all be done shortly.

Interesting thought, about a million due for repayment on SS in the next month or so, another million the following month, and currently a zero pipeline queue. If those loans don't roll there is a lot of money coming back into investors pockets. Ablrate are IMO the closest competitor to SS in terms of rates and risk and the money has to go somewhere. Otherwise the current 6.3% at RS will take quite a hit if they end up being the default P2P place for loose change. An excellent opportunity for Ablrate to get some momentum if they have some pipeline bits hidden up their sleeves.

Hi will We recently changed that section from years to months and it looks like some peoples' computers are picking up the old style sheet. If you clear your cache on your machine it should update to the new style sheet. Regards Ablrate

We do have a great pipeline that we are slowly feeding in and watch this space for some news at the end of October. Right now we are making sure that the info output on the SM and on your dashboard for current investees, active bids etc, is much better. You guys have been awesome in giving feedback so when we have fixed those issues (in the next 10 days/2 weeks) we will be pushing hard on the marketing and pipeline. Pipeline isn't a problem for us and we look forward to bringing you some great transactions that we do have 'up our sleeve' Regards Ablrate

Brilliant put a bit in. Just for your web guy you might want to make your site more tablet friendly. Theres a lot going on when all you want to do is make a bid prob 1 - you can only click on loan using text link of title . better if you could click anywhere prob 2 - when you want to bid you have to scroll all thru the text descibing it . I read it once already its a pain to scoll through it all again . but a bid now at the top prob 3 - let me put in a monetary value instead of number of units. and/or makes units a drop down box prob 4 - your anchor tags in the links dont work properly on an ipad it just jumps to the bottom of the page showning all the lovery 2nd level links and terms etc instead of the correct place prob 5 - menu does fit quite properly and looks odd prob 6 - far too menu items . once logged it why not only show the important ones and stick all the info ones in a 2nd menu or something As soon as a bit more frees up i'll be sure to add more thanks and keep it up! /beastie

Ablrate....guys, keep bringing us loans @12% + and you will have no problem with filling them when.... secondary market is liquid and your very first offering is repaid. Your responses to questions from investors is 1st class. Re bidding and current offerings I suggest a look on SS's site would help.Keep up the good work.

This is something that we are working on for another addition. You will see some major output changes next week, but this kind of feedback is great for the next round. As an aside - and on your 6th point - would a dedicated app for mobile and tablet be used? We were thinking of a version that was very 'skinny' - meaning that you can monitor loans, make a bid etc but with little or no other menu items. It would pretty much be designed for users who know us and just want to cut to the chase on loans etc. We have some other ideas that would be integrated into mobile but we are interested on feedback as to whether it would actually be used? Regards Ablrate

Hi webbski9 Thanks for the feedback, we have a great pipeline that we are keen to unleash! On the Secondary Market, we think its always the best policy to say when you have got things wrong. We think the functionality of our SM and the way you can use it is very good. We believe that it will become extremely liquid soon and we will be putting a lot of effort into making it the best SM on any platform... however, right now we got the output wrong and that needs fixing, which is why, right now, we are not pushing the SM too much. This will be fixed in the next ten days and then we can concentrate on creating liquidity there. Even then, we would like more feedback on how we can improve it further. We believe that successful SM's are critically important, not only to our platform, but to the whole industry, it is essentially what makes us different from the banks and what gives lenders the choice and ability to be more proactive with their investments. We are doing a review of other sites this week (with the very generous assistance of an Ablrate user, so we get their perspective) and will be looking to see where else we can improve. Thanks again for the feedback. Regards Ablrate

Regards Ablrate Personally i wouldn't as i do everything through the browser and don't use hardly any single purpose applications . But i may simply be the only one. I just find them more annoying than useful Thanks /beastie
