The trouble is it takes 7 days to get invested, so the money I deposited for the 6.5% rate won't get invested until Monday at the earliest. But the site says the 6.5% rate is only valid until Sunday 11th. So I could end up back at 6% anyway by the time it's invested. When do we find out what next weeks rate will be? I doesn't make much sense for rate windows to be shorter that the time it takes to actually get invested! I'm currently waiting for my very first chunk to move through this queue also. Surely the answer is the the platform to announce new rates with a notice period of more than the current queue. But at some stage that would fall short of the current queue anyway. I suppose the rolling 7 days is a compromise therefore.

The main consideration for me will be any discernible relaxing of credit requirements for the new sales’ channels increasing origination; we’ve seen cohorts deteriorate rapidly before on RS as they failed fast and swivelled.

Spot on elliotn - quality over quantity - but I guess we have to trust LW (NOT@ladywhitenap ) to have done their research on their competitors? - Cheers P

Anyone else have a really quite chunky repayment yesterday? I only noticed because I'm now withdrawing cap/interest, but I had a repayment of 8% of my entire portfolio. Matthew anything unusual in that, not a debt sale or anything?

Hi r00lish67No, nothing like that - we'd definitely communicate in advance if we were doing a debt sale (we're not likely to for the foreseeable future and in any case you would have already been paid out from the Shield on default). I can only assume it's a large early settlement or cancellation within the cooling off period. If you would like us to look into it for you, just send the details of the Loan ID to our customer experience team (cs@lendingworks.co.uk) and we can let you know. Have a great weekend
