Another one sent in to the FCA just now, highlighting their error in the register, and identifying the change they made to it afterwards, thus confirming their mistake.

I sent mine today. I would have thought that it would be appropriate to wait until we see if the FCA agrees to award us compensation before we complain to the TSC.

I disagree , I think the FCA and register was and still is messy . I would like to do all I can to stop this happening to other people and the Treasury oversee the FCA so they ultimately have the power , also going forward it can only help the situation if the Treasury and the Complaints Commissioner are aware of the severity of the situation and the people affected .

Response from FCA confirming an investigator had been assigned and to expect written response in four weeks time setting out their understanding of the complaint and whether they are able to investigate it.

and another bland confirmation today. I wonder who messed up and if its spoilt their Xmas? Somewhere in the labyrinth …….Do people get sacked? Whoever? Whatever ? 'Simkins ,how do you explain this?' ' Mavis put the wrong info into the computer , but now she's on maternity leave.' 'Damian is on sick leave due to stress.' Me , I have a son and others working 20hour days in Afghanistan since August, owed 6 months leave and wont get home because RAF wont/cant fly over Xmas and cant let up or their men will be exposed on the streets.

I am contemplating the same - some questions if anyone is willing to comment or PM me
1. I assume that the primary focus of your complaints derives from the register issue, which presumably you relied upon as one of your primary tests for deciding whether to invest?
2. Has anyone mentioned the seeking of financial redress from the FCA, if subsequent losses occur once the administration has finished or is this not appropriate as part of this complaint?
I merely ask, in that we can all write our own compositions, but clearly consistency of content would be useful.
Will await anyone's opinions/thoughts/comments - Cheers P

I subsequently requested two actions, firstly for fca to fully review their controls and procedures regarding accuracy of the register and to ensure steps are taken to avoid a repeat of this issue. Secondly to compensate those investors that are found to have lost capital once the administration has concluded.
