I regularly read the board. Probably 5 /6 day a week so am pretty up to date with all the topics in my chosen sub boards. But i keep coming across a bug whereby old topics get marked as new The dates on all these are relatively old but they get the new 'blue button' it's just mildly irritating as i look for this to find any topics that have changed Any ideas? /beastie

That's all I use.

I sometimes see this and realise that I'm not logged in or I have read the post previously whilst not logged in. This occurs frequently if I arrive at a post via a link that is not associated with the P2P forum. Alison, where is the recent threads link. I cannot locate it but I assume this is only of use if you're interested in all of the forums.

OH and the Dad Jokes thread of course I can't quite work out the reason for the appearance of the new blue button. There doesn't seem to be a systematic reason for it . Although the following are always true. - I'm logged in.
- I open the sub board in a new tab
- I use Chrome
And sometime they are marked as new and sometimes they are not. I usually select all and mark as read but a day or two later it happens again >.< Glad its not just me

[The Recent Posts link is in the top right hand corner between "Welcome <user>." and "Logout". It is context sensitive so not always there]. That's why I wasn't seeing it. It doesn't seem to be visible once you've drilled down below P2P independent forum page.

I've noticed that, on my phone at least, if I read a post and use the back button, instead of returning via the menu options at the top of the page, the blue sign isn't erased.
