UPDATE: Subject:Re: Your Annual Return is several days overdue. UNB - Right - it is the confirmation statement. It is with our accountants and will be filed in the next few days. There has been no change from last year. --------------------- OzBoy - OK. Very sloppy Accountants, you need to change them. ========================================================================================== Not the end of the world, but does indicate lack of attention to detail somewhat? Not really something you want to see in a company handling your money. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, Back in June 2017 you requested that we monitor OPEN ACCESS FINANCE LTD for any important changes. Not the kind of accounts you want to see for a firm that looks after other people's money!! New companies do tend to make losses at first? The next recession will reduce the p2p sector significantly. BUT is there any significant competition in there particular sector? It looks like there is and from well established companies making a profit. Also in a recession will they do better? as in more demand for the services. Who are there backers? and how deep are there pockets? Now if they do go down how much will we lose? As most loans are 6 months it shouldn't cost fortune to run down the loan book. I am thinking of what I read about collateral. The Constant defaults are beneficial, as in extra interest for lenders. If it wasn't for those dam watches I would be a happy happy!!
