All the active loans are disappearing - SH in Cardiff is showing as suspended. Hummmm. Most of the loans that have been suspended belong to the same ultimate borrower.
DFL022 & DFL 003 Huddersfield; DFL006 Cardiff; DFL020 Glasgow; DFL033 Edinburgh; PBL199 & 201 Cardiff.
Errr & also suspended DFL008/0035 belonging to a different borrower and reportedly repaying today (http://p2pindependentforum.com/post/302236/thread)
Apparently another tranche of DFL028 will go live tomorrow according to an email I received at 16:51 so the lights haven't all gone out yet.....
Hopefully an update will be out soon.

DFL022 & DFL 003 Huddersfield; DFL006 Cardiff; DFL020 Glasgow; DFL033 Edinburgh; PBL199 & 201 Cardiff. <minor typo corrected> So last updates... DFL3 - 3/12 - Extension, interest paid until March, tranche just gone live. Letter of intent from purchaser, expected to complete before expiry. DFL6 - 3/12 - Paid to April. Looking to refinance as quickly as possible. DFL20 - 3/12 - Paid to April. As DFL6 DFL22 - 3/12 - Paid to Feb. Tranche just gone live. Letter of intent as per DFL3. DFL33 - 3/12 - Paid to March. As DFL6 PBL199 - 1/11 - Planning app before Xmas. Paid to May. PBL201 - can't find it on site, presume as per 199. Very odd. These are/were some of the really nice comfy safe ones, imho. So either something's gone seriously pop behind the scenes, or we're going to be looking at a big pile of cash imminently... The striking-off notice mentioned in the DFL6 thread is down on CoHo as having been discontinued yesterday, the day after the first public notice... So has that notice triggered an automatic close-down? The same happened back in May... <looks a little more> Oh, that football club... I recognise them from MT... Mmm. The Grauniad has an article from this morning saying that the club in question has just been sold. Let's hope that's released funds...

I don't think the club will have been sold for much...

I think there's a few people are going to be feeling the administrative anonymiser bouncing off the back of their knuckles in a minute...
I've posted a couple of links in the DFL6 DD thread. That's the place for identifying, remember...?

I've contacted Lendy about one of the suspended loans and this was their response
Thank you for your email.
We are presently awaiting confirmation of communication from our Communications team. Once released you can be assured these will be sent to all lenders in these loans.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Kind regards,
The Lendy Team

... and to follow on from yesterday's repayment but no email for DFL008, today I have an email but no repayment for DFL026.
Edit: ... and no sooner do I post that than the repayment "catches up" with the email, so all good there (even though the email was phrased as though it were sent out AFTER the repayment).
I noticed a few people managed to clear out the sales queue before the repayment landed!

"Communications team", does not sound like there are many [any?] communications happening in the direction of the lenders. If there are not adequate communications, how about diverting those resources to debt recovery, or is the debt recovery team the same team as the communications team. Smell the sarcasm Lendy HQ.

Lendy are not doing themselves any favours by suspending all the loans from the same borrower then keeping quite for over 24 hours, just shows how much they care about there investors, What a shambolic investment company They’ve surpassed themselves this time. Which other “investment” company would suspend 10s of millions of pounds of investments and then go off for the weekend without a word to all their worried investors. This is perhaps THE worst example of LY’s total disrespect for their lenders. I am not impressed. I expect it’s very bad news and they’re getting their Lawyers to write the update.
