I can't believe that FC haven't bothered to sort this issue out. It happened to me several times in the summer while I was trying to get invested on 3 different accounts. Each time I reported it to FC and they denied anything was wrong.
Though it felt like a real pain at the time it probably didn't have that much effect on my returns. Since the accounts have been fully lent out I haven't noticed any problems getting repayments lent out (though I don't keep such a tight watch on them now).
So, although it's very annoying that FC don't acknowledge and fix their problems, it wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Also seeing the 'stuck loans' issue here, but as a seller. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see my unloved parts disappear into the ether, now been a few hours and nothing doing.

FC have got a right old pickle to unwind now.
I have never had more than 5 or 6 open orders at a time, but I currently have 34 open orders on PM loans, and none of them are filling. Each loan is effectively "stuck", and is receiving just an odd few small orders once every 15-30 minutes.

Oh, that sort of stuck loans. I thought this meant then loans which cannot be sold. Don't worry, I am just selling up my loans, less the 18% by value which cannot be sold today. Soon you will have some lovely seconds to help lend that cash. I do not want seconds! I want a fresh portfolio of brand new loans as far as possible. Any chance you could let me know when you've finished? May I ask why? What's the rationale?

I have an FC account of loans up to September 2017, and it has performed atrociously since then. I would like to see whether an account full of brand new loans fares any better. Some will say I'm doomed, but I seriously doubt it can do worse than my portfolio of older loans!

Well, I carried on after 18th Sept 2017 change. My default portfolio consists mainly of new loans originated after that date. I could be wrong, but I doubt that the criteria is tighter today than it was a year ago. I suspect the strategy remains the same - originate as many loans as possible. Good luck! We need it with FC

It seems the selling process also takes a break on weekend. Nothing sold yet.

Mine took over 3 days. Selling is popular.

I suspect the queue for selling will be getting longer. Too many defaults driving people out of platform and the projected rates are not very attractive for new investors (few other platforms offering similar rates with PF protection).

Agreed - sales used to happen within a few minutes, but for the last few weeks they have been taking several days. They can and do happen at weekends. It's just a matter of when you reach the front of the queue of sale requests. I can confirm from my experience that the waiting time is about 3 days at the moment.
This is a sign that there is less available lender money in the system than there used to be. Which, to be honest, is no surprise!
