Hi all
Our latest project launch funded in 2 minutes 14 seconds this morning, which we recognise is frustrating for many.
We experienced unprecedented levels of demand on our platform which led to a slowing of our systems due to server load which caused further frustration. We have already instructed a significant increase in server capacity which will be operational before the next project.
Please also rest assured that our property team are working relentlessly on further strengthening our pipeline of quality projects to give you accessible opportunities to pledge. As you can see from our pipeline at the bottom of our home page (www.crowdproperty.com) or project page (www.crowdproperty.com/projects), we will be launching at least 5 more projects before the 5th of February.
Thank you for your patience whilst we deliver more of what you want.
We welcome your feedback and please continue to get in touch.
Kind regards,
Mike Bristow CEO & Co-Founder

Would be better if they could release details of the project at least 72 hours prior to launch.

Hi gravitykillz Many thanks for your message. We do provide plenty of information on each project and our research shows that our lenders are very happy with the level of information we provide. Firstly, there is the summary on the home page. If you click into a project from the summary you get to the detailed project page (for example here for the project you refer to: www.crowdproperty.com/projects/1065-wyndham-hall-plymouth). This view shows detailed information, which is different depending on whether you are logged in or not (please log in for the most comprehensive information). We also run a webinar for every project which takes place the night before a launch at 7pm which you can register for via the detailed project information page or via the link sent out announcing when a project will be launched. On the webinar, prospective lenders are briefed on the project and can ask the borrower, who attends the webinar, any questions. I hope this helps and do let us know if you have any further questions. Best regards, Lucy
