Seems this has been waiting for long term refinancing since 2016.
first renewal on time,
second a month late
third 5 months late
latest just gone over expected renewal date.
Now asking for another loan to be repaid by long term finance. (Seems this is approaching long term.)
Is there any reason to believe this a better bet than other loans?
After 6m is there any reason for the borrower to renew promptly?
