huddlecapital, what is happening with this loan, please? It was due to repay on the 21st Jan 20, but an update was issued on 14th Jan to say that trade was slow and the loan would be repaid as MC&V Ltd sold the vehicles financed by the facility. However, since then, there have been no interest payments, no repayments, and e-mails asking what's happening have been unanswered. Furthermore, from looking on Companies House, MC&V Ltd were applying for voluntary strike-off (now suspended), which can only be done when the company has not traded for three months. Which raises further questions as to whether the company is still trading???
