Actually MOST of the website is still there and working, but you can't buy/sell on the SM (ALL loans are currently suspended). You can still log in and read updates, look at holdings, see what is for sale etc. Quite graceful for a failure mode ..

you can't withdraw spare cash which is in my view a very bad sign No need for such scaremongering. The message on withdrawal says 'Withdrawal suspended during rolling over' This rather vague message pops up when they press the button to suspend the entire site for loan processing during a default or repayment for example. So it sounds like they've just pressed the general 'suspend' button while they fix their 'technical issue'.

No funds to Withdraw so cannot comment on that and never agreed their changed terms so can't really do much anyway..

I logged in early this morning and requested withdrawal and it's in my current account now with MT's usual efficiency...

maybe. did they stop all withdrawals when other changes to SM were made, or just suspend the SM? Well, given that the last SM change involved the entire site being down, then yes in tangential way, withdrawals were suspended too

Withdrawals have been suspended before other than during rollovers.
Last time (18/01/19) was because too much capital had been paid out during a loan repayment.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Platform Suspended - Technical Issue Maybe it's while they do the repayments for the CSP loan.

the LB/LENDY fiasco is sure making a lot of people twitchy.i think many p2p platforms are going to suffer the ripples of the LB escapades for some time to come.well done LIAM you are now truly famous and a legend in your own p2p lifetime.

Re the general update, and the Ly-legacy, the issue with 'someone will run down the loanbook', under a living will, 'funded by the interest margin', is that this is not going to cover the exceptional costs of running down the non performing loans, fighting off court cases by chancers like Ms London Loan, Mr Somerset tin shed, etc.
That's where all the hassle and expense lies, and what probably causes platform failure in the first place. So best not go there in the first place ...
