of course I looked there - I can see the word "plot" and nothing else to indicate this one is off-plan - would you care to paste the information that states this one is off-plan.

Anyone knows if it goes back on open market due to default would it still be eligible for Help to buy scheme? Like this one: www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/49908080If it can still be purchased within a help to buy scheme at 25% of its value I'd be tempted myself if price goes to £500k

A good example of a bridging loan that works for all (lenders, borrower and the platform). The borrower needed a short term loan to allow him to complete on the purchase and then time to arrange a regular buy to let mortgage on a much lower rate.
Yes the rate was high, but that is the nature of a short term bridge loan. The borrower has paid £20k in interest for a short term loan but that is far preferable to losing the £159k deposit they put down on the flat.
More loans like this on sensible, liquid security would be appreciated and will see further investment from me.
