This is a real problem, but I do sympathise with AC on this one - reliable email delivery is much harder than we'd like to think. Moving the vote in-house would be good, but I can see it's non-trivial and wouldn't think it was the highest priority.
My principal email service now is from hotmail/outlook, and I find they do drop mails from time to time, including at least one AC vote that I know of.
Mind you, the worst in this respect was the service from btinternet.com (no longer my ISP). They had a dreadful false blocking rate.
If only someone could find a way to fix this ... but I don't think it's just down to AC!

Never received the emails from survey monkey, just Assetz.
Have complained a couple of times over the years and received usual, my problem. Given up trying to sort it out.

A problem I had soon after AC started using Surveymonkey was that because I got emails for surveys I wasn't interested in I pressed a button somewhere saying "stop", which caused Surveymonkey to stop sending ANY emails. Once I reset this switch in my profile, I started getting the AC messages again. I am not currently getting any surveys apart from AC's. Maybe check if this is your problem?
Can't remember exactly where the switch was now.

I always get the e-mails about votes on Surveymonkey but what I haven't been getting in recent months is the 'confidential' e-mails telling lenders what action is being taken on the loans that are in some form of recovery. I've queried this with customer services and have been sent the ones I've missed pasted into a couple of (very long) e-mails. From what others have written in this thread I suppose I'll have to try changing my registered e-mail address (currently with aol). Is anyone else not getting these e-mails? It's actually quite hard to find out when they've been sent because the event isn't always noted by a comment in the activity tab of the relevant loan - an issue I've raised with AC.

Well there's a turn up. I've been using gmail with no issues on receiving emails from AC and S Monkey. On reading this thread I decided to have a quick look at my Spam folder and behold there was an email from AC on taking action on #413 dated 21 Jan. I've received emails after this date. Curiouser and curiouser
