working again for me. Might have been my ISP vodafone as it wasn't working in any browser or device.

I had a chat with Cormac when this case was initially raised. His view was that it was very unlikely to impact AF because of the way our cases are structured. I think the gist was, it would only apply to cases if we were paid a fixed percentage of the recoveries. Our cases are generally structured to pay a time based percentage return, so this would not apply. (I may not have got that quite right, but I'm pretty sure that was the gist. Contact Cormac if you're still concerned. I've found him very approachable).
