Still no news about #3784, #3565, #3950 and #4554 which is odd so I'm looking forward to the explanation.
I wasn't in 2150, 3536 and 4102, were those cases the same defendant and claimant? The spread in XIRR needs to be analyzed and considered for future investments. Yes, those 3 loans all related to the same case, though 2150 and 3536 were also packaged with 2 other cases each. The spread of the XIRRs is greatly influenced by the other packaged cases and the length of time and differently agreed economics of the 3 tranches of this, now settled, case. 4102 resulted in a higher XIRR because it was a top-up funding that was raised in March this year and ranked ahead of the other 2. Thanks. Too complex for my money, good it worked out positively.

The 28th HDR loan tranche repayment was announced and paid today. This was the first repayment from the second law firm (RB). It had a profit of 8.88% (13.17 XIRR). Note that the returns from early repayments tend to be lower than later payments.
The overall XIRR for my HDR case investments where at least one repayment has been received has decreased to 21.40% (down 0.2% due to the lower profit from this early repayment).
Assuming an equal amount was invested in each of the 8 HDR cases that have received at least 1 tranche repayment so far, the XIRR is 21.19%. For each £1k equal investment (£8k across the 8 loans), £2,890 of capital and £622.07 profit (£3,512.07 total) would have been paid so far. |

It was the 6th tranche repayment for #3936. This tranche had a profit of 44.75%. The average profit across the 6 tranches is now up to 30.9% (23.87% XIRR).
It was the 4th tranche repayment for #4006. This tranche had a profit of 36%. The average profit across the 4 tranches is now up to 21.2% (20.36% XIRR).
The overall XIRR for my HDR case investments where at least one repayment has been received has increased to 21.78% (up 0.38%).
Assuming an equal amount was invested in each of the 8 HDR cases that have received at least 1 tranche repayment so far, the XIRR is 21.72%. For each £1k equal investment (£8k across the 8 loans), £3,130 of capital and £717.22 profit (£3,847.22 total) would have been paid so far.

good news on 4554,3950 and 3784 ... and 3565. Payouts are complicated. To be paid in tranches up to Aug 2024. Roughly 60% of capital and profit to be paid by 12/1/24. #3784 will return a total profit of 107.6% (35.5% XIRR according to platform calculations). #3565 will return a total profit of 131.1% (45.1% XIRR according to platform calculations). #3950 will return a total profit of 99.7% (52.8% XIRR according to platform calculations). I'm not in #4554. A great result. We'll done AxiaFunder.

We now know what the delay was about, payment staggering and priority changes. Very happy with 35% IRR.
Also in 3634 whose 12 week trial started oct 2 so there should be some news within a few weeks.

And also #3565 and #3950 (and presumably #4554). I think that when I treat my 3 tranches in this case as a single loan, this is the largest profit I've received so far in my 6 years of p2p investing. An excellent result, albeit with a third of the investment scheduled to repay over the following few months. A great start to the new year.
