Latest offer has now closed, with 44 investors and an average investment size of more than £8k. You can see a trend over the past few offerings – only a couple of months ago, 5182 had 117 investors, with an average investment of less than £3k. I guess this was inevitable with the stream of good returns lately. Investors both reinvesting returns and more confident about putting larger sums in.
Would perhaps be good to see some limit on individual investments, otherwise the pool of investors will probably continue to shrink.

Would be really nice to get a separate board (sub board) for AX, difficult to keep finding it. I agree - what I do in the meantime is bookmark the thread so I can get to it via my profile.

You can see a trend over the past few offerings – only a couple of months ago, 5182 had 117 investors, with an average investment of less than £2k. Would perhaps be good to see some limit on individual investments, otherwise the pool of investors will probably continue to shrink. I was about to post the same thing. I wonder whether this one was influenced by the large recent repayments from the shareholder dispute cases.

How are these preferred investors finding out about new opportunities ? Seems like a very odd way to run a business with a long term growth goal.

Equity investors are notified when the loans are released. General notifications go out the following day. Probably a reasonable business decision to reward equity investors to keep them sweet in case further equity injections are needed. As was pointed out above, the average investment size in the latest loan is much larger than usual. This is most likely, at least in part, due to a large amount of cash on the platform from a recent repayment. There have been 10 HDR loans to 3 different borrowers over the last 6 months with ever greater frequency, and with new portfolio case types expected soon I expect the need for funds will increase. Keeping the delicate balance between borrowers and investors is an innate problem with P2P.

Previous repayments are most probably the case...I am almost in auto-financing with the recent HDR repayments + with the shareholder disputes I could take more than usual on the latest offer.

It's now showing as closed with 65 investors, but only £351k raised. Presumably, some of the reserved allocations have been reneged on, and £9k of availability will pop up again soon.

There appears to be an IFISA account option, does it actually exist there doesn't seem to be any information about it. Has anyone got an IFISA account?

They definitely don't offer it (though if you watch some of their early marketing material on their website, they do mention it). This is explained in their FAQ, where they explain that AxiaFunder investment offers are structured as units in a limited partnership (partnership shares). These are not IFISA-eligible. References to IFISAs on our website relate to one legacy bond offer from 2019 that was IFISA-eligible. The absence of an ISA doesn't really affect me, though given the ever lowering CGT threshold …

🤔 As you can see from my signature, I do have an equity investment in AF (and many other P2P firms), and I'm obviously a very keen investor on their platform, but there's no other connection. My opinions given are just that, so they could be wrong. "I'm an equity investor in AxiaFunder and a minor equity investor in Brickowner, Crowdstacker, Proplend, ABLrate, CrowdProperty, Assetz Capital, Elfin Market, Qardus, Loanpad, Shojin & CapitalRise (and regrettably Fund Ourselves). All info and opinions stated are in a personal capacity. This time next year I'll be a miwionaire Rodders!" Can't find anything about Crowdstacker in the forum, does anyone want to offer some feedback ?
Isn't it about time Ablrate had a regrettable qualifier ?
I've got experience of Crowdstacker, not much of it good, if anyone wants to hear it. Just thought I'd mention it. It might be therapeutic to talk about it!
