I understand that later investments are by way of a Limited Partnership (Lexcap 2 Ltd) Reg 11677730 but can anyone help with a ten digit partners registration required by Self Assessment

Last year they gave everything you needed to claim, I assume they will do the same this year. It was a bit convoluted but easy to understand.

The 40th HDR loan tranche repayment has been made. It is from the second law firm.
It is the 1st tranche repayment for #4764. This tranche had a profit of 15.05% (20.13% XIRR)
The overall XIRR for the repaid portions of my HDR case investments is now 22.39%.
Assuming an equal amount was invested in each of the 12 HDR cases that have received at least 1 tranche repayment so far, the XIRR is 22.39%. For each £1k equal investment (£12k across the 12 loans), £4,388.20 of capital and £1,003.94 profit (£5,392.14 total) would have been paid so far.

I haven't invested at all in this one in previous raises of this case because it is v high risk. The fact that it's lost in every court that it's gone to has been one of the reasons I've had a hesitancy about it. On the other hand, reading the documentation now, I see the returns are also potentially very high. Therefore I'm chewing over whether to risk a small amount on it. What's your thoughts about investing in this one please? Can we write off any loss on this investment as a CGT loss? That would make the downside less painful.
