Trouble with this offer is that with Axiafunder's higher risk cases you want to spread your investment over a few cases to lower risk.
Yet this is near-identical offering to the previous one I invested in. If that loses money I'm presuming this one will too.

I think this is the 3rd identical loan but they are not considered one of the higher risk loans. I only invested in one.

All AxiaFunder cases are at the highest end of the risk scale, but these 3 portfolio cases are at the lowest end of that high risk scale. As I understands it, each of the 3 tranches are essential unconnected (except for the fact that they are being handled by the same solicitor). So, except for the risk of systematic failure by, or of, the solicitor, there's no reason that failures in one will lead to failure in another. And, with each of these 3 portfolio cases funding 90 seperate claims (assuming they get fully funded) you have instant diversification in each case.
