My AI has a tick box for shadow bids when using the advanced options, or is that not what everybody means? I have done the same. I suspect this one will be popular. Yes, IVA, but long-term (5 years) at 12% are now quite rare on AC. Given AI can be set-up to bid automatically when the auction starts - how will AC deal with the potential case where the AI demand for shadow (or real bids) cannot be satisfied at the start of the auction (given pre-bids are not enabled for this one) - will it allocate proportionally, or will some lenders just lose out? chris - how would that work? Currently some lenders will lose out. New platform will balance the requests of all lenders.

Surely the idea is that we will bid them out? So why the maximum? Didn't think there were maxima on the AM..... unless the underwriters no longer have to wait to fill a loan, but just pledge their funds in advance, then a normal auction still takes place. There is no max bid on the aftermarket, but this loan is not yet on the aftermarket. Max bids on some of the smaller auctions which will be removed or raised if not fully filled with non underwriter money have bee used on a number of auction to give as many lenders as possible a chance to bid on the auction.

Hello Ian
Still waiting for one last document but this will be one of the new loans that lenders won't see until it draws down.
It was fully underwritten so as soon as we have the document it should move to the Loans Coming Soon part.

Can we have (approx) two days notice of drawdown so we can transfer money into our MLIA account (not just into the client account)?

Has this one fallen through? Can't find it on the "coming soon" list.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Has this one fallen through? Can't find it on the "coming soon" list. Well not quite, it's been resurrected as #201, but the rate has dropped to 9.25%. That makes it a prime GBBA candidate.

Ah, the auction that never was (twice). I think the answer to Cupcake's first question is the drop in the interest rate.
Loan proposals from the Principality have not been a roaring success so far so hope this one fares better.
