And whilst holding your interest free loans they ignore any and all correspondence from you. I do get a bizarre 7p a month payment from somewhere which I withdraw when I can track down how to do it (really should write the process down) three of these were paid the other day. But yes really a platform afraid to engage with its investors by email (and presumably phone?) really should be under some serious scrutiny by the relevant authorities. Clearly we need an action group, I just can't think of a title for it. Interest on pooled funds? Id invest more money to get 5% if I had any confidence that the pooled money was actually in the client account but given that nobody seems to be able to access money in the client account I dont. Meanwhile, excitingly I actually appear to have lent some money this month.

Edit, Good call actually works out near enough 5% of the un-invested amount. So I am actually earning money on the un-invested money but getting none for the invested. That is mildly amusing.

It screams scam.

Good to know - but no hat eating, chocolate or otherwise, until everyone who has free cash and wants it back is repaid, otherwise the possibility of Ponzi is in play.

Useful email from FO today on how to cut costs on medicine.
Neat circle really, turn your platform into a headache for investors then offer a left field solution,

I was pleasantly surprised to see part of my withdrawal in my bank account today. About 44% of "pending". In "transaction history" the transaction is dated 16th Sept. Very unexpected, but great news

Very unexpected, but great news so they have changed T&Cs for you and given you a partial withdrawal rather than having to wait for every last loan to sell? I am about to complain to the FO as they have ignored my correspondence (and now formal complaint) for nearly a year and I can't get anything back even though 80% is apparently in cash, and I am earning zero interest.

In a discussion with the CEO in August 2020 he said FO have a policy, not documented publicly, whereby they pay in chunks of 20% of the total. Not sure I believe this exists or that they implement it but that is what he said. Edit - I now have serious doubts as to whether one should rely on any and specifically this verbal assurance, until confirmed in writing. Please discount my comment

I keep getting the same email despite now being an expert in making the perfect cup of tea.

I'm sorry everyone for supporting FO in a number of posts. I take it all back, please ignore everything nice I've stupidly said about FO
Wondering what proportion of initial investment everyone got back and in what time period?
I put in a small amount in early june (top up) then changed my mind after reading some posts and took it out again a week later without a problem. If the secondary market was automatic and working I guess I would have lost/invested that too
Other than that, I've got around 1.5% back so far depending on which figures I believe.

I just took a look at my FO account, and to my great surprise there seems to have been some sort of platform update. Roughly 80% of the funds that I had requested to withdraw a year ago were labelled as "unassigned" and I was able to request for those funds to be withdrawn again. It said they would be in my bank account within a few days!!!
The state of the site made no sense to me, but I didn't bother trying very hard as it's always been incomprehensible to me, and I got excited at the chance of being able to withdraw some funds that had been stuck without earning any interest for a whole year.
If you're in the same position as me, it might be worth a look.

Well apart from somehow extending 100 day plus loans up to 500 plus days. Even my random 7p no longer turns up occasionally.

It keeps asking me to decide what rate to lend them out at - but I am not falling for that again! Not sure what to do - it's probably a glitch and will go back to the usual chaos in due course. EDIT: Actually, with some searching in non-intuitive places I was eventually able to make a withdrawal request, which seemed not to work so I clicked again - now I have a withdrawal request for twice the amount in my account. Let's see how this pans out.

Let's see how this pans out. Yes, as soon as you enter the account with unassigned funds a window pops up to allow you to assign the funds to loans. It's as if it thinks that the funds had just been deposited. I was able to dismiss this window by clicking the cross at the top right. There was a withdraw button underneath. I wasn't lucky enough to get a double withdrawal though; good luck with that. Perhaps it's compensation for having funds stuck with no interest for a whole year 😄
