I've placed withdrawal request at the end of July. 90% of capital was withdrawn immediately and I had it in my bank on the same day. However, 10%+interest is still not withdrawn. I'd imagine with current queue this part of investment would've been allocated to someone else or picked up by PF by now... It was speedy in July. Latest withdrawal times: Request: 7th Sep Money received in the bank: 10th Sep. 1 working day. It's acceptable.

Not given up on Welendus yet I'm not too impressed. I'm not convinced about the permission to apply balance sheet lending to their P2P operations. I don't see how just because a company has permission for both types of operation, it can mix the permissions up together. Do other business permissions get mixed up together e.g. if someone had a license to sell alcohol, and they had a business selling children's toys, can they sell alcohol from the toy shop? Plus, my remaining Nov18 money stiiiiiilllllll is 30% in the queue after months of waiting and that July deadline passing.

Yes, most large supermarket chains sell both, alcohol and children's toys I'm not impressed with WLU(FO). Many promises for lending to pick up since May this year. The first one was "We expect the longer queue to last for most of this month (May) after which, deployment will rapidly pick up and the queue will start reducing as we get back to our normal pace with our usual quick deployment and good returns. So please bear with us as we develop these improvements." This new "business and borrow ourselves" activity didn't produce a significant shift in reduction of queue. Changing the brand is another thing, I don't understand purpose of this action, how could that possibly improve the performance? It feels like FO is scared to admit that the supply of borrowing has suffered and is unlikely to increase.

The lack of evidence for balance sheet borrowing (large chunks of money sitting unlent for a long time) makes me suspicious that it's not quite working as advertised. If they can get it off the ground in a competitive market, then ok. But the combination of playground show-off argumentative posts on this forum, lack of reply from the helpdesk, and no activity on my account and no information about why that is...well..

That was my problem also. A number loans were not being sold or taken on by the PF ( some were 150+ days over) when I cashed out. I had to email them detailing the investments and the loans within each investment that appeared "stuck". About a week later the remaining money ended up in my account but to date I have still not received any email confirmation.
So my four figure investment has now been completely withdrawn barr £2.62 from the latest PF payment. Going to monitor FO to see if things improve. If they do I might have another dabble.

That's interesting, I have a similar problem. I have just emailed FO as I know it is futile to call them. I requested withdrawal of my ISA account investments on 07 August, which is 39 days ago. I have 4 investments which are still pending WD due to 3 ST Loans, all of which have long passed the date for PF Buyout. I have asked them to please email me a response to let me know they are dealing with this, but I suspect they won't bother. On the plus side, now I have withdrawn all investments they have stopped allocating me parts of the 'business' (ie. FO) loans, despite being opted out.

I requested withdrawal of my ISA account investments on 07 August, which is 39 days ago. Selling (newish ISA) investment was speedy in Early July. But don't worry, all loans will be sold eventually. Mine (larger & older investment in standard account) took just under 61 days, some were bought by PF, others were sold to investors and some were repaid by borrowers during the 61 days selling period. There is a difference between selling and withdrawing money from the holding account. Withdrawing fund from holding account is quicker than selling loans in arrears at the moment, from 1 - 5 working days.

All loans sold except these least 3 which are all overdue and past the PF buyout date. It's just another symptom of the flakey tech which doesn't seem to work quite right. I don't plan to WD funds as I want to transfer ISA. FO did in fact respond to my email to say they are looking into it, which is a welcome surprise.
