ablrate what is actually happening with 120 and 124 now - catch up payments? You beat me to it. This is getting worrying, and I am a lender on 124. How does the co. get listed on exchanges while in default on major loans? Was there some form of prospectus and cash raise, I presumed there was. If so then you would think the process of the prospectus and listing would include getting payments on the loans up to date, not leaving the assets at risk. These are interest only, not repayment, and you would expect them brought up to date pdq. Can they still be in deep trouble such that they cannot get up to date, despite the listing? Has Ablrate agreed a holiday that goes through and after the listing? We are missing an explanation of why the listing was successful but they still cannot make the payments. Or just missing the repayments. Edit: Last video update on this 12 June, which said that the borrow would have these loans up to date by the end of the month - June. No doubt this is being pursued with vigour.

I have nothing to add, but on the 'squeaky wheel gets the oil' theory have decided to be completely outraged by this situation.

You are right, I didn't even really convince myself. I will have a second bite at the cherry..... I am totally incandescent with rage at the lack of progress here, simply not good enough. This should be addressed instantly and be the lead actor in the video tonight (assuming we get one) I have a plan C if that fails, there is one poster he seems terrified by I will impersonate her if nothing happens in lets say....... a week.

I'm not really sure you have got the hang of this. I mean, 'squeaky wheel' when we are in seized axle territory with these loans; and nibbling at cherries when we need fangs. I think the green ink or text would be a better plan, with a really aggressive font in bold, - big serifs and all. None of your comic sans. And let's get this terrifying poster to post in person, a scolding nanny figure? - she must know who she is.

Yes, get out the scolding Nanny figure, I say. If you look at the Aquis Stock Exchange their shares are selling like hot cakes.

Update on the video today Arguably the same update as a fortnight ago, but without the same level of optimism on a timeline. Another payment missed yesterday.

Yes, the focus is on those who have no money to give us (pubs) rather than those who have money and are in default.

Apart from the arrears sort of all good? nw99 is a very positive chap. Not good, they are two payments in arrears on this and three on 120. They said they would be up to date by the end of June. If they have listed and raised funds but cannot pay the interest, what does that say for the principal?

Who is being paid from this fundraising, if we are not? Ablrate need to get a rapid, detailed grip on the company’s finances.
