I've only had a skim read of the prospectus but one question jumps out at me. Why does such a seemingly successful company need to borrow at such high rates? "Management has confirmed that it has a very supportive relationship with a high street bank" does pose 'registerme' question all the way back in Post No. 1

I guess this borrower is now in a different position. That's what their update states, however, their replayments suggests otherwise. I do like this loan, but the proof of any pudding is always in the eating.

ablrate whilst I accept we are only half way there with these two loans, and with a bit of digging and adding unlinked information together what has taken place is 'clearish'. I think an all consuming update would not have been unreasonable to expect. an email headed sensitive information if 'cloak and dagger' was really needed. Again I am happy to accept there may have been a good reason for 'holding back' on some information that for some reason was sensitive elsewhere but a bit of clarification afterwards would be appreciated. Clearly I have avoided (I suspect fairly unnecessary giving any details here) but nothing 'curious or clever' seems to have taken place so could you get one of the minions key support staff to do a round up email on completion? As an aside are the liquidity providers now active (or is it just a couple of rouge operators using automated bidding messing up the market)? On a positive note, nice to see (at least half of - other imminent) these loans back up to date and trading.

I'm so confused with what's happened to these loans. There is an addendum that contains a fairly clear explanation.

I'm so confused with what's happened to these loans. There is an addendum that contains a fairly clear explanation. Yes, it is easy enough to interpret the addendum and to reconstruct the two options which were available to Ablrate, one of which is not discussed - being unacceptable. Any lender in these loans should read the company accounts which have recently been made available. Then consider that these accounts are up to 31 March 2020.

ablrate - would it be possible to store documents in chronological order please, I almost missed the March 2021 addendum which is sitting between a September 2019 business update and a number of 2019 creditsafe reports

The group accounts for the period ended 31 March 2020 filed at CH make grim reading. Material uncertainty over going concern is highlighted (no surprise there) with further fund raising (equity or /and debt) critical in the short term. The account were signed off in mid Jan 21 so they have since raised £221k gross (probably netting around £190k after costs) since then, but will need to raise more to make through in the short term.

I really dislike secondary market now - can not find this loan on it - any particular reason I can not see it on ASMX please ?🙏 They are busy counting the money to make the interest payment presumably. Paused until that happens, but pressing the 'Status: Tradeable only' bit top left on AMSX will let you look longingly at it while you wait.
